Welcome to the CII – Rahul Bajaj Centre of Excellence on Skills JobConnect Platform. By accessing, browsing, or using our portal, mobile application, or participating in any training and employment services offered by CII JobConnect and related programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. General Usage

These Terms apply to all users engaging with the CII JobConnect platform, including training registration, job assistance, and digital learning services.
The platform aims to build a future-ready workforce by offering structured skilling and placement support, free of cost.
CII reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued usage post updates implies acceptance of revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Be Indian citizens aged 18 years and above.
Meet eligibility requirements for specific training or job roles, which may include educational qualifications, gender, region, or other criteria.
Submit valid, verifiable documents at the time of registration.
Understand that final enrolment or selection is subject to seat availability and document verification.

3. Code of Conduct

Attend all sessions regularly and participate actively.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior.
Respect trainers, peers, employers, and MCC staff at all times.

CII JobConnect reserves the right to withdraw access for:

Disruptive or unethical behavior.
Submission of false or misleading information.
Frequent absenteeism or lack of engagement.
Breach of institutional or platform policies.

4. Training & Placement Policy

All CII CoE programmes are industry-aligned, practical, and focused on employability, combining soft skills, theory, and hands-on training.
Placement support is provided post-assessment, but final hiring decisions depend on employer requirements, candidate performance, and market conditions.
CII JobConnect does not guarantee jobs and is not liable for opportunities outside its network.
No fee is charged for placement. Report any such demand immediately to the support team.

5. Personal Data Usage

By registering, users authorise CII JobConnect to collect and process their personal data for training and placement purposes.
Data may be shared with:
- Hiring partners and employers
- Government and sector skill councils
- Academic and assessment partners
Data privacy is strictly maintained. Information is never sold or shared without consent.
By registering, candidates authorise CII JobConnect to the use of their personal information, including photographs and videos, for the purpose of publicity or case studies.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All training content, digital materials, graphics, and documents are the property of CII CoE and its partners.
Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or reproducing content without prior written approval.
Violation may attract legal consequences.

7. External Links & Partner Content

The platform may include links to partner portals or third-party resources.
JobConnect is not responsible for content or data security on these external sites.
Partner logos and resources are owned by their respective organisations.

8. Accessibility & Technical Issues

While efforts are made to ensure smooth access, occasional service interruptions may occur due to:
- Server maintenance
- Power or network disruptions
- Unforeseen technical issues
CII CoE is not liable for any data loss or platform inaccessibility caused by such events.
